Abstract:
У статті розглянуто проблемні питання гарантійної та виховної функції матеріальної відповідальності працівників в умовах сьогодення. Досліджено існуючі погляди щодо розміру відшкодування матеріальної відповідальності та запропоновано нові шляхи її вдосконалення. The article considers the problematic issues of the guarantee and educational function of material responsibility of employees in today's conditions. Existing views on the amount of compensation for material liability have been studied and new ways to improve it have been proposed.
