Емоційний інтелект як фактор впливу на ефективність лідера

Abstract

The philosophers of antiquity also dealt with the problems of determining the main characteristics of leaders. And today there are many questions related to the concepts of leadership, intelligence, emotions, success and more. Despite the progressive interest in these phenomena, scientists still can not always come to a consistent understanding of both the term emotional intelligence and the term leadership, there are many definitions and theories about these phenomena. The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness. Research methods: theoretical (analysis and generalization of social and psychological literature), psychodiagnostic and mathematical-statistical methods. The sample consisted of persons who work in various government agencies, hold positions at various levels of the civil service and have work experience from 1 to 20 years. In total, we interviewed 64 people aged 22 to 42 years. According to the results of our empirical research, it can be noted that with the faith and internal motivation of the individual in the business in which he is engaged, there are internal mechanisms for finding the most effective management style and organization of persons who can be involved in achieving this goal. The ability to manage the emotions of others has a direct reliable relationship with a highly effective type of leadership, which indicates that the higher the ability to recognize and direct the emotions of others in the correct and effective direction of their implementation the higher the level of selected effective leadership, which contributes to faster execution of tasks.
