| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with the issues concerning the complexity of ship crew changes due to the situation caused by the spread of infectious disease COVID-19 on a global scale and the restrictions imposed by states against the coronavirus. These combined factors affected the physical and psychological condition of seafarers, as well as the navigational and technical component of maritime safety. Regulatory support documents and recommendations in the framework of international protocols to ensure safe crew changes and travel during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) are touched upon, as well as measures aimed at extending the validity of seafarers' qualification documents. | uk_UA |
