Lecture notes for the discipline: " International Regulations for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea and the Use of Radar Systems and Automatic Radar Plotting Aids in Diverging vessels " for full-time and part-time students was prepared by: Kalinichenko Yevgeniy - Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of "NCS", Master Mariner; Koliesnik Oleksandr - Senior Lecturer of the Department of "NCS", Master Mariner; Tomchakovsky Georgiy - Senior Lecturer of the Department of "NCS", Master Mariner according to the current working plan.
