Intellectual Property transformation in China under the influence of Confucian philosophy and Socialism with Chinese characteristics 儒家哲学与中国特色社会主义对中国知识产权发展的影响

Abstract

An interest towards China, to Chinese culture, and Chinese social-economic experience (particularly, for the last 40 years) may be presently estimated as growing in Ukrainian society, in Ukrainian social science, and in business spheres certainly. It’s rather natural, as nowadays China is the second (or even the first) world’s economy, and one of the world's largest investors. Most of the high-tech things used by Ukrainians and other peoples have been manufactured in China, and this is one of the obvious reasons of Chinese economic power. But that is not all. Recently, Chinese science has updated its world status as advanced in the field of biotechnology and genetic engineering. Serious achievements are also observed in Chinese space industry. At last, China is moving up the BRI – a great integrative (and mutually beneficial) strategy for the European and East Asian markets and their infrastructure complexes. Taking into account at least the last of the mentioned facts, Ukraine is reflecting on possibility to be involved in the BRI, and those huge potential dividends which may arise from participation in this logistics system. Furthermore, the geographical position of Ukraine, the scientific and technical potential, as well as the current geopolitical situation encourage Ukraine to intensify cooperation with world economic leaders, including China
