Abstract:
The gradually approaching Postmodern era refutes the postulates regarding Intellectual Property sacredness and inviolability, which seemingly had been treating as unshakable in the recent several centuries, at least in Western civilizational oikumene. In a large extent, Postmodernity is considered as a socio-cultural, philosophical-historical conception for the world's perception in the post-industrial era, when such technological phenomena as digitalization, virtualization, NBIC-convergence, etc. force a deep transformation of all the crucial points of previous ideology, and related institutional changes.
