dc.description стаття uk_UA
dc.description.abstract The article draws an attention to the development of cybersecurity models in different socio-cultural spaces of the modern world, taking into account the open society problematic, the information freedom principle, issues of information censorship and counteracting cyber-threats emerging in contemporary technological conditions. The principal differences at cyber-policy in Ukraine, China, and some Western countries (US, UK) were analyzed. It is concluded that there are rather diverse cyber-security models. Their existence and progress derives from the distinctness of social development, non-identical technological capabilities of countries, and is determined by the relevant state philosophy regarding the optimal mechanisms for regulating information relations. uk_UA
