Abstract:
Дане дослідження присвячено проблемам фундаментальної правової освіти як запоруки формування високопрофесійної юридичної професії у форматі історико-правового аналізу, а також у реаліях сучасного громадянського суспільства, зокрема, на прикоаоді м. Одеса. Проблематика даного питання зумовлена тим, що юрист має бути носієм високої професійної культури, яка проявляється в його професійній компетентності, опосередкованій його професійною освітою. За допомогою наукових методів історико-правового та порівняльного аналізу дослідження освітнього вектора підготовки юристів, зокрема правників, ведеться з моменту появи перших навчальних закладів юридичної освіти в місті Одесі. Результатами дослідження стали пропозиції щодо реформування якості освіти юристів. Пропозиції опрацьоввалися шляхом поєднання теоретичної та практичної діяльності автора роботи.
This study is devoted to the problems of fundamental legal education as a guarantee of the formation of a highly professional legal profession in the format of historical and legal analysis, as well as in the realities of modern civil society, in particular, in the case of Odessa. The problem of this issue is due to the fact that a lawyer must be a carrier of high professional culture, which manifests itself in his professional competence, mediated by his professional education. With the help of scientific methods of historical, legal and comparative analysis, the study of the educational vector for the training of lawyers, in particular lawyers, has been conducted since the first educational institutions of legal education in the city of Odessa. The results of the study were proposals for reforming the quality of education of lawyers, in particular lawyers. Proposals are worked out by combining the theoretical and practical activities of the author of the work.
