У статті розглянуто юридичну природу причетності до злочину. Визначено ознаки причетності до злочину та її значення як одного з інститутів кримінального права України. Установлено юридично значущі критерії, за якими можливо відмежувати причетність до злочину від співучасті в злочині. The article discusses the implications of the legal nature of the crime. Identified signs implications to the crime, and its importance as one of the institutions of the criminal law of Ukraine. Established legally relevant criteria by which to distinguish between possible implication in the crime of complicity in the crime.
