Abstract:
The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of the basis participants interaction of the customs and logistics service using improvement of the regulation of customs brokerage activity, which, unlike the existing ones, reflect the economic interest of both the state and the enterprises of customs brokers. The article substantiates the model of regulation of customs brokerage activity based on the distribution of regulatory functions between State bodies and associations of customs brokers, on the basis of self-regulation, by transferring to associations of customs brokers the functions of regulation of customs brokerage activity with provision of compensation for losses through the formation of compensation funds
