Abstract:
Досліджено стратегічні пріоритети відновлення та модернізації економіки України в умовах війни з орієнтацією на принципи «Build Back Better». Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу від простої відбудови до глибокої структурної трансформації, що передбачає інституційне реформування, стимулювання переробної промисловості для підвищення економічної складності та впровадження «зеленого» енергопереходу. Визначено, що ключовими факторами успіху є інтеграція з ЄС через програму Ukraine Facility та інвестиції у людський капітал як інструмент демографічного відродження. Системна синергія цих напрямів має забезпечити стале економічне зростання та зміцнення національної безпеки
The study explores the strategic priorities for the recovery and modernization of Ukraine's economy amidst the war, focusing on the «Build Back Better» principles. It substantiates the necessity of transitioning from simple reconstruction to deep structural transformation, which involves institutional reform, stimulating the manufacturing industry to increase economic complexity, and implementing a «green» energy transition. Key success factors are identified as integration with the EU through the Ukraine Facility program and investments in human capital as a tool for demographic revival.
