Abstract:
The article indicates that in current minds in the development of the sea-gospodarsky galusa, the problem of complexity to the risk and solution is of particular importance in connection with the shift in the level of diversity and complexity of work specialists with specific minds for the activities they perform. Working on a ship in an isolated space and the need to make quick and accurate decisions in the minds of the unknown require practitioners of a high level of professional and psychological training durability. A theoretical analysis of scientific literature was carried out. Scientific approaches to the examination of the observed phenomenon have been refined. The stages of our empirical research are described. An analysis of the results of our scientific research work was carried out. The prospects for further development of this problem have been identified. An alternative version of the problem has been proposed. Methodological recommendations are given for changing the influx of sensitivity to the risk of making a decision in the professional activity of specialists in the Maritime Region.
