У тезах досліджуються особливості матеріальної відповідальності працівників ОВС. Розглядаються нормативні акти, за допомогою яких вирішуються питання матеріальної відповідальності працівників ОВС. Звертається увага на спірні питання співвідношення матеріальної відповідальності військовослужбовців та працівників ОВС. Доказується, що матеріальна відповідальність працівників ОВС є різновидом (особливим видом) матеріальної відповідальності працівників з трудового права. Theses investigate the peculiarities of financial responsibility of police officers. Normative acts are considered, with the help of which the issues of material responsibility of police officers are resolved. Attention is drawn to the controversial issues of the relationship between the liability of servicemen and police officers. It is proved that the material responsibility of police officers is a kind (special type) of material responsibility of employees in labor law.
